Our team comprises of professionals with solid and broad Chinese cuisine experience and who posses enthusiasm, creativity and professional aspirations. Each member of our team is carefully selected for their areas of specialty. We carefully select chefs from various provinces such as Beijing, Szechuan Fujian and more. Our team of chefs are dedicated developers of food through introduction of new products and culinary trends.

The team is led by Kenny Wan and his Executive Chef, Tang Chung Ming.
